Eat what you LIKE but only until you feel full. The body takes 20 minutes to tell the brain you
are full so CHEW SLOWLY and DRINK water after every bite.
So trick #1:
1) Chew slowly
The other tricks:
2) Drink water after each bite
3) Each meal eat a green vegetable or whole piece of fruit
4) Brush your teeth after each meal
5) Don’t eat after 9pm
